Introduction
This Accessibility Statement (the “Statement”) applies to this website operated by MindGrow Systems LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States (the “Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It describes our commitment to digital accessibility, the standards we aim to follow, and how you can contact us if you encounter barriers while using this website.
By publishing this Statement, we aim to provide clear information about our accessibility efforts. This Statement does not modify the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, or Earnings Disclaimer & Results Notice published on this website.
1. Our Commitment
MindGrow Systems LLC is committed to making this website usable and accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We work to improve the accessibility of our digital content on an ongoing basis and welcome feedback from users who experience barriers.
This website is operated in the United States and is primarily directed at customers located in the United States. We make reasonable efforts to support accessible access for all visitors, regardless of location.
2. Accessibility Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Where WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidance is not yet fully implemented for a particular feature, we treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a minimum reference point for remediation priorities.
These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
3. Scope
This Statement covers:
- pages and content published on this website
- navigation, layout, and core interactive elements of this website
- purchase and checkout flows operated on this website, to the extent they are under our control
- digital products and downloadable materials offered by us, to the extent accessibility considerations apply to their format and delivery
Third-party services embedded in or linked from this website — including payment processors, analytics tools, advertising platforms, fonts loaded by third parties (if any), and external websites reachable via affiliate or other links — are outside our full control. Their accessibility practices are governed by the respective third parties. Where feasible, we select and configure third-party tools with accessibility in mind.
4. Measures to Support Accessibility
As part of our accessibility efforts, we take measures such as the following, where reasonably practicable:
- structuring pages with clear headings and meaningful labels
- maintaining sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements where we control the design
- supporting keyboard navigation for primary website functions
- providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where we control that content
- avoiding reliance on color alone to convey essential information where we control the design
- reviewing and improving accessibility issues reported by users
- considering accessibility when updating content, templates, and design components
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As this website evolves, we continue to identify, prioritize, and address barriers.
5. Conformance Status
We strive for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. Parts of this website may not yet fully meet that standard at all times. We do not claim full or certified conformance unless an independent audit has confirmed it for the relevant pages and features.
Known or potential limitations may include, without limitation:
- older content that has not yet been fully remediated
- complex interactive components or third-party embeds
- PDFs, DOCX files, ZIP archives, templates, or other downloadable Digital Products that may not be fully optimized for assistive technologies
- temporary issues introduced by updates, theme changes, or plugin behavior
- content or widgets provided by third parties
If you need content in an alternative format, please contact us using the details in Section 8. We will make reasonable efforts to assist.
6. Compatibility and Assistive Technologies
This website is intended to work with current major browsers and common assistive technologies, such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom. Compatibility may vary depending on your device, browser version, operating system, and assistive technology settings.
If you experience difficulty accessing content with a particular combination of browser and assistive technology, please tell us. That information helps us prioritize fixes.
7. Feedback and Reporting Barriers
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. Please contact us if you:
- encounter an accessibility barrier
- need information or a Digital Product in an alternative format
- have suggestions for improving accessibility
When contacting us, please include, where possible:
- the web page URL or product name involved

Please include “Accessibility” in the subject line so we can route your message appropriately.
9. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other federal or state laws that may apply. You may also contact relevant government agencies for information about filing a complaint, such as the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division regarding ADA matters.

10. Updates to This Statement
